I'm Leah Lentz, a Central Oregon real estate advisor specializing in luxury homes, relocation, second homes, architectural properties, and land throughout Bend, Sisters, Sunriver, and surrounding communities.
For sellers, my job is to understand what makes your property distinctive, position it with precision, and carry the complexity of the sale for you. Distinctive properties should never be reduced to square footage, a price-per-foot calculation, or generic luxury marketing. I look at the complete picture—architecture, craftsmanship, setting, privacy, land, views, condition, competition, buyer behavior, and the lifestyle the property makes possible.

From honest pricing and thoughtful preparation to elevated presentation, strategic storytelling, showing management, negotiation, and closing, every decision is considered and every detail has a purpose. The goal isn't simply to put your home in front of more people. It's to help the right buyer understand why your property is worth choosing.

For buyers, I start with the life you want to live—not the listings. You can find beautiful homes online. My value is helping you determine which ones are actually worth your time. That means looking beyond photography and finishes to the things that are difficult, or impossible to change: setting, privacy, orientation, views, neighboring properties, outdoor connection, access, location, property systems, and long-term value. I'll tell you what I like, what concerns me, and when I believe a beautiful property is simply the wrong one for you.

For clients relocating or purchasing from outside Central Oregon, I become your eyes, ears, and point person on the ground—previewing properties, gathering information, coordinating inspections and local resources, and managing the details so you don't have to make a trip to Bend simply to discover what I could have identified for you first.

Real estate has been part of my life for generations. As a third-generation real estate professional, I was raised around property development, custom homebuilding, and brokerage. Over more than two decades in my own career, I've built on that foundation through residential and luxury real estate, land and development, distressed assets, and work alongside builders, developers, land-use attorneys, asset-management teams, and the FDIC.

That experience informs how I evaluate property, anticipate issues, negotiate strategically, and advise. Yet the experience I want my clients to have is much simpler:
