Raving Reviews

Shelise was great and helped us during our house hunt become more familiar with Central Oregon as we are new to the area. She was flexible, reliable, patient, and a tremendous asset in our hunt and purchase of our first home in Central Oregon. I would highly recommend her to any young family looking for a comfortable place to settle down in our area.

Working with Shelise made my first time buying a home seem like a breeze. Not only was she helpful finding me a home that was exactly what I was looking for, but she was extremely patient walking me through the entire buying process. She was unbelievably quick to get back to me with any questions I had at any time of day or night. If you're thinking about buying, I highly recommend you get in touch with Shelise. I couldn't believe how easy she made this experience for a first time buyer with no prior real estate knowledge.

Shelise was hands-down the top real estate agent that we have ever worked with. She is knowledgable, hard working, experienced, and easy to work with, and she gets to know her clients and what they are looking for. We ended up purchasing a property that wasn't even on the market yet as she found it before it was listed. I would unquestionably recommend Shelise to anyone in need of a real estate agent in central Oregon. We will be using her for all future transactions, both buying and selling. An A+ all the way.

Shelise is reliable and attentive. Just the type of person you need when you’re unsure of the process. She always took my calls or texts when there was a time I wasn’t sure what was next, and offered needed expertise where it was important. I felt like I was in good hands. Overall a great first buying experience.

From our very first interaction with Shelise, we were put at ease that she sincerely cared about navigating us seamlessly through the process. It was an emotional time due to the recent death of my father. We were faced with moving my elderly mother to the valley to be closer to us and Shelise turned, what could of easily been a nightmare, into a much smoother experience. She even went above and beyond what was expected of a realtor by giving up her personal time, on a Saturday, to join a "painting party" that was required to appease to appraiser for the sale of my mom's existing home. I cannot recommend her enough! She is a businesswoman who cares about others and put her heart into her work while being the most knowledgeable realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

In this day and age, buying and selling a home can be a daunting task to say the least. For this reason, we look to the professionals and their wealth of knowledge to assist us in these matters. Having sold a few homes, I have become familiar with the winning formula. Shelise and her team bring with them this formula. I was very pleased with every step of the process. She is professional and completely devoted to her work. Her execution was spot on. I give her my highest rating.

Shelise and her team were amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about the Bend area and really paid attention to our wants and needs for our family. After one visit and seeing several homes we were super excited to be moving into Bend. She was a wealth of information on things to expect during the process and made herself available every time we needed her. We bought this house based on her giving us a video tour after our initial visit to Bend and walked us through the pros and cons of the house. When we finally saw the house for the first time mid way through escrow she absolutely nailed it and we could not be happier. If we ever buy future property we'll be for sure reaching out to Shelise and her team. Many, Many, Thanks!!

We were so fortunate to meet Shelise from a listing she had on Zillow. That home was already getting multiple offers, but she took the time to call us back and review the area, as we were moving to Bend, Oregon from out of state. She then met us for coffee and to talk neighborhoods, knowing that we may not move for up to a year. She was so informative and clearly knows Bend inside and out. It ultimately helped us make a great decision on a home that she helped us purchase. We couldn't be happier and are so grateful for her help! She and her assistant Katie are amazing!!! Great communication and follow up throughout the whole process.

Loyalty

This custom presentation that I’ve shared with you is an example of the care and effort I put into each of my best clients. I recognize that real estate transactions are one of the largest financial transactions of your life and it deserves careful consideration and wise planning. In light of this, you should feel strongly that mutual respect and understanding are key components of hiring me to help you accomplish real results starting right away.

Reviewing each other’s roles and responsibilities as we embark on the next steps together is how we can decide if we are ready to move forward together.

Processes

1

Consultation

We’ll sit down together and help you determine your needs wants and goals while offering my personal industry expertise and strategies for bringing your vision to life.
Image

2

Pre-Approval

Getting pre-approved will help you know exactly what you can afford so you can confidently focus on the right homes. Plus, it shows sellers you’re serious, giving you an edge when making an offer.
Image

3

Property tours

After you have reviewed and selected which homes you want to tour, we get to go shopping! This is where you can start figuring out what you really want in your new home.
Image

4

Write offer

Once we find the home of your dreams, we'll submit an official offer - including but not limited to sale price, inspection contingencies, and closing costs. The seller then has time to accept, reject, or counter your offer.
Image

5

Under Contract or Escrow

With your offer accepted, we enter a 30-day Escrow period. This involves a neutral third party company that holds funds while conducting a thorough underwriting process to ensure all aspects of the contract are upheld properly
Image

6

Appraisal

The appraisal is ordered by your lender to protect their investment. They have their own checklist of things they look at for the final approval to move forward. The appraiser can demand repairs completed by the seller before they will give their approval.
Image

7

Inspections

Now that you've found your home we need to order the inspection. The inspection will let you know what repairs are needed, some are minor and some may be safety issues. Don't worry, you are still protected.
Image

8

Closing

Congratulations! You now own a home and can get moved in. It's time to celebrate and have your housewarming and show off your home. We will be standing by to answer any questions you may have about home-ownership and have a list of contractors if the need arises.
